We are back home since a few days. Sorry for me late message but I removed last weekend to my new house and was very busy. I would like to thank you for the very nice travel in India and specially for the very good service you gave us.

The organization of our trip was more than 100% OK for us. We enjoyed it very much and all of us are very satisfied about everything: good hotels, very nice restaurants, the best guides we could get, very good drivers, car .

Since some days I have planned to write to you in order to say my personal and our group's greatest thanks, for what you have provided for us, especially due to the fact and in the very kindly manner of accompanying us on the whole triangle tour. I know that this was an extraordinary exception.

First I would like to apologise for not providing feedback earlier. I intended to contact you on my return, but due to family and work commitments let things slip. We enjoyed our trip to India very much. We arrived in Bangalore 2 hours late (0200 hrs), and were very pleased to see your representative waiting patiently for us. This was indeed a pleasant welcome and set the tone for the rest of our trip.

Mr Etheraj accompanied us to our room, and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. No pressure was placed on us to pay the balance owing, and a time was arranged later in the week to pay. The day before we left Bangalore for Goa we were contacted by the Bangalore rep. telling us what time he would arrange a pick up for us to go to the air port. A normal taxi was sent to pick us up. Rating for representative - very good (*****). Rating for hotel - comfortable (****)

When we arrived in Goa we could not find our transport, but after investigation located a taxi driver holding a sign for Mr Charles in very small writing but the name of the travel agent in big letters and the name of the hotel. The hotel in Goa was very comfortable. We were contacted the next day by your representative to find out if we were comfortable and if we were happy with the accommodation. The day before we left Goa we were contacted again to arrange a time for pick up. Your representative came personally to pick us up and made sure the porter knew where to take our luggage before leaving. Rating for representative - very good (*****) Rating

for hotel - good (*****) We were met at Cochin by your rep. Mr Vasudevan and the driver Joseph. Mr Vasudevan instructed Joseph to make sure we had lunch before proceeding to Trivandrum. I was contacted twice by Mr Vasudevan during our tour to make sure we were comfortable and also to request an additional payment for air conditioned car, and also for guide in Cochin. Rating for representative - very good (*****) Rating for driver - good (*****) Hotels- Trivandrum - excellent (*****) House boat - very good (*****) Thekady - very good (*****) Munar - very good (*****) Ooty - very good (*****) I am sure I alongwith my family going to come back again to India and experience your excellent services once again, till than, all th every best and good luck,

I am writing to thank you for the wonderful trip Julie Lewis and I enjoyed exploring Kerala. The organisation and seamless planning meant Julie and I could concentrate on enjoying ourselves! In particular we enjoyed the Houseboat at Allepey, the wildlife at Periyar and the wonderful Cochin! I am very pleased you recommended we stay at Casino Hotel in Cochin instead of Gokalum Park Inn as originally scheduled, as the Fort Cochin restaurant attached to Casino served quite the most wonderful seafood! Apart from very minor personal problems we had a truly wonderful time.

The guides were excellent, the hotels were very comfortable and the drivers friendly. We will certainly be recommending your company to friends.
